1. From Larnaka Airport get on the Highway A3 and continue straight,follow signs for Ayia Napa/Paralimni.
2. At the end of the Highway on the big roundabout make a left and head for Paralimni/Protaras.
3. You will pass through one small roundabout and on the second big roundabout take the last exit towards Protaras.
4. Go straight across the next small roundabout and then at the end of the road take a right at the T junction traffic lights.
5. You will drive for approx 1.8 kilometers passing another 2 sets of traffic lights. On the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left and entre themain strip of Portaras center.
6. In about 1.3 km at the Fig tree bay round about, take the 3rd exitand then slode to the right.
7. You will see Fig Tree Bay Resedences complex on your left.
8. Driving in the complex, Residence #7 is the 2nd house on the right

A beautiful villa with so many facilities available for all ages. Perfect for large groups and good value for money too. The team were on hand and happy to help with all queries we had. Thank you!

We Loved everything about the villa the pictures don’t do it justice!!! You just have to see it ….. we were all blown away when we arrived at the villa it is just so amazing and beautiful especially all lit up at night and we can’t wait to tell all of our friends & family about it . The hosts met us to show us in and created at what’s app chat to communicate. They showed us in and how to work things and they are just super welcoming and kind. The villa was very spacious for our family of 12. It has everything and more we could imagine for our stay we stayed for 10 nights and it felt like a home from home. The hosts were absolutely fantastic always there in person to make sure we had what we all we needed they came to clean the pool & jacuzzi, brought us new washing powder, bottled water and much more they recommend some great restaurants for us to eat in and the villa was just in the most beautiful spot not too near to all the noise of the busy strip but just a 5 min walk down so near enough. Fig tree bay beach was stunning and just across the road so we were very happy with the location . Our hosts offered to drive us to the local butcher to get meats for a bbq at the villa and even let us check out when we wanted the day of our flight they couldn’t have done anymore for us than they did they were so lovely and helpful. The games room, pool table, table tennis and air hockey was great for the children. The lift and modern technology was a bonus and just made staying there effortless. The children enjoyed playing on the computer also when they wanted to get out of the sun for an hour or so. The pool was fantastic we sat out from morning until the last rays of sunshine. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying at number 7 fig tree residents you won’t regret it . We’re Sad to be home now but We will be back!!!

We had a group holiday here for 10 nights and had the best time. The villa was even better than we expected, a real luxury place to stay with a fantastic host.The villa has lots to do (pool table, TV, swimming pool, hot tub, etc) and it's also right next to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.I cannot fault the place or the host at all, would love to come back!

Size of the bedrooms, the facilities in the kitchen, the outdoor beds tables and chairs. The sauna, the lift, the rooftop jacuzzi. The whole villa was nice.The pool was a bit too deep for the non swimmers.

He studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business and then he became a chartered account . He is a Member of the Institute of chartered accountants of England and wales ( icaew) and also he is a Registered and regulated real estate agent in Cyprus .
He is in the Real Estate business for since 2005 and has personally invested in properties in Cyprus and Greece. He is the owner and managing Director of "THE PURPLE GROUP» with 3 different Departments .
