1. From Larnaka Airport get on the Highway A3 and continue straight, follow signs for Ayia Napa/Paralimni.
2. At the end of the Highway on the big roundabout make a left and head for Paralimni/Protaras.
3. You will pass through one small roundabout and on the second big roundabout take the last exit towards Protaras.
4. Go straight across the next small roundabout and then at the end of the road take a right at the T junction traffic lights.
5. You will drive for approx 1.8 kilometers passing another 2 sets of traffic lights. On the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left and entre the main strip of Portaras center.
6. In about 1.3 km at the Fig tree bay round about, take the 3rd exit and then slode to the right.
7. You will see Fig Tree Bay Resedences complex on your left.
8. Driving in the complex, Residence #5 is the 1st house on the left

A perfect way to spend a beach vacation with the extended family!
Great location - 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. All amenities were top notch, maintained in perfect order. Super responsive host. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful time at the villa.
It was big and pretty spacious. The pool was great too. Location was excellent, close to restaurants shops and supermarkets and Fig tree bay was a very short walk from the villa.
The villa was everything we hoped for and more
On our way home from a weeks stay in this fabulous villa. We travelled with our family....6 adults and 4 children. The villa was everything we hoped for and more. Our every need was catered for including a surprise welcome pack on arrival which was great after arriving from a late flight. The villa is so well equipped and absolutely spotless. The owners Kyriakos and Eleni were fantastic and could not do enough for us especially on our day of check out. We cannot wait to return here in the future.

Perfect location, walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops along with a 5 minute walk to fig tree beach. Villa was kept super clean and look exactly like pictures. Host was always on hand if we had any requests. He studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business and then he became a chartered account . He is a Member of the Institute of chartered accountants of England and wales ( icaew) and also he is a Registered and regulated real estate agent in Cyprus .
He is in the Real Estate business for since 2005 and has personally invested in properties in Cyprus and Greece. He is the owner and managing Director of "THE PURPLE GROUP» with 3 different Departments .
