1. From Larnaka Airport get on the Highway A3 and continue straight, follow signs for Ayia Napa/Paralimni.
2. At the end of the Highway on the big roundabout make a left and head for Paralimni/Protaras.
3. You will pass through one small roundabout and on the second big roundabout take the last exit towards Protaras.
4. Go straight across the next small roundabout and then at the end of the road take a right at the T junction traffic lights.
5. You will drive for approx 1.8 kilometers passing another 2 sets of traffic lights. On the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left and entre the main strip of Portaras center.
6. In about 1.3 km at the Fig tree bay round about, take the 3rd exit and then slode to the right.
7. You will see Fig Tree Bay Resedences complex on your left.
8. Driving in the complex, Residence #3 is the 3rd house on the left

The villa is just a few hundred meters from main road but you dont hear noise at all. Also 5 minute walk to beach is awesome. Here you dont need a car in everyday life. You can find several grocery stores near villa. We were 8 people visiting and there was many things to do in the villa, too. We spent time in jacuzzi, played pool and ping pong and threw darts. One luxury thing for us was shower and toilet in every bedroom. Kyriakos answered to our questions fast and when there was something missing he arranged it by the next day. I can recommend this villa for a group who wants privacy, hobbies to do in villa and a bit luxury. You cannot find a better location, as I mentioned first. A great stay with my family in a fabulous villa. Swimming pool. Pool table. Hot tub. Outside areas - all amazing. Response from the host was exceptional to the few questions we had. He even gave us a lift to the shop to pick up some supplies as we didn't have a car. A fabulous villa and I would stay again in a heartbeat. All bedrooms are spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms
We stayed as a group of 7 in August and had a fantastic time. The villa is modern, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. All bedrooms are spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms, which was a big plus. We especially loved the pool area and the roof terrace—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is excellent—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great hospitality throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would love to return to Fig Tree Residences in the future! Minor Cons: WiFi was a bit inconsistent at times. First time stay in a villa and couldn't have asked for more
Location is excellent, less than 100m from the main strip. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and pool area. More than ample storage in the fridge and freezer. Air-con throughout. Nothing major, but WIFI was a bit sporadic. Source: Booking.com

He studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business and then he became a chartered account . He is a Member of the Institute of chartered accountants of England and wales ( icaew) and also he is a Registered and regulated real estate agent in Cyprus .
He is in the Real Estate business for since 2005 and has personally invested in properties in Cyprus and Greece. He is the owner and managing Director of "THE PURPLE GROUP» with 3 different Departments .
