Book Villa Green Haven # 3 for an amazing holidays! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa boasts 210 sq. meters of living space and 2 parking spots in the heart of Protaras.
Built and fully furnished in July 2022, this property is brand new and has all the modern amenities. The open plan kitchen/living room area includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops and induction cooker. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom to accommodate all bedrooms. There is also a pool area full bathroom with a shower and a toilet as well.
Outdoors you’ll find a beautiful large (12x6 meters) heated pool surrounded by a mature garden with green and flowers all around. Enjoy the convenience of having a smart house with lights and entertainment system controlled through an app.
There are A/C units in all bedrooms and common areas.
Once you enter the house you will notice a big corner sofa and a 43 inch flat screen tv with many cable channels to watch. There is also a dining table with 8 chairs and a fully equiped kitchen with everything that you might need to prepare a meal, or your afternoon Tea.

Find Below directions to Villa Green Haven 2 and some other useful information
- From Larnaca Airport get on "A3" Highway
- Drive on "A3" for 30-35 minutes and until you reach the end of it towards protaras, ayia napa.
When you will reach the end of A3 highway you will see a sign on the left that says "END OF MOTORWAY A3". After that you will see a big roundabout with boats as decorations on it.
- Turn left just before the 1st round about.
- Continue straight passing a second round about
- 700 meters After the second round about you will reach the 3rd roundabout. You need to take the "second exit" towards protaras.
- Drive for another 500 meters and you will reach another round about which is the 4th and last one. Over there go straight (It is actually the second exit but it feels like going straight). Drive for 1 kilometer and you will reach a T-Junction traffic lights.
- Turn right over there and go straight. You will reach a second set of traffic lights.
- Take the next right after the traffic lights (exactly before the red indian pub). You will be passing next to flokkas apartments (on your right hand side).
- Continue Straight for about 500 meters and turn right on 4th turn.The Green Heaven villas are located on the left hand side.

The villa had an outstanding outdoor pool area.

The villa was beautiful and situated in a lovely residential street with plenty of off street parking. It was an easy ten minute stroll into the centre and only five minutes to Lidl. We loved the fact that although small the bedrooms were super comfortable and each one had their own balcony. The outdoor area was outstanding and the barbecue area was very user friendly and a dream to use. The pool is probably the best of any villa we have stayed at and was big enough for all of us to play and chill in. The steps and jacuzzi seat in the pool were greatly appreciated and the pool table was a massive hit with the boys. We had a power cut one day and the owner was there within twenty minutes to sort it out - they were lovely, friendly hosts. Very minor things, but the mirrors were very small and poorly placed and there were no full length mirrors at all. The sound system didn't work, neither did the curtains and blinds downstairs. None of us could get the TV's in any of the bedrooms to work and several of the sunbeds and pool floats were damaged.
Fantastic stay
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa in Cyprus! The outdoor space is truly amazing – really comfortable and plentiful loungers, a fantastic bar area, and plenty of fun with a ping pong table and a foosball table. The villa itself is equipped with high-end appliances and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a water dispenser that was delivered for our convenience. The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. We couldn’t recommend this villa more – it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Stunning villa in a great location. The owner and his team continually helpful throughout our stay. Whatever we needed, they were on hand and resolved promptly. They even recommended a restaurant for the evening, which turned out to be the best night we had, a real gem. The bar area a particular favourite for all of us. Highly recommend.

Amazing villa with a large pool and beautiful outside bar only a 5-minute walk from the main Protaras strip. The host was also really helpful, responsive and accommodating. So sad to be leaving and would definitely stay here again.
