It is situated at the center of Protaras,only 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Protaras.
The modern villa is characterized by 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The outside areas of the stunning Villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the famous Mediterranean sunshine.
Numerous sun loungers with towels surrounding the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months and a unique outside dining.

1. From Larnaka Airport get on the Highway A3 and continue straight, follow signs for Ayia Napa/Paralimni.
2. At the end of the Highway on the big roundabout make a left and head for Paralimni/Protaras.
3. You will pass through one small roundabout and on the second big roundabout take the last exit towards Protaras.
4. Go straight across the next small roundabout and then at the end of the road take a right at the T junction traffic lights.
5. You will drive for approx 1.8 kilometers passing another 2 sets of traffic lights. On the 3rd set of traffic lights turn left and entre the main strip of Portaras center.
6. In about 1.3 km at the Fig tree bay round about, take the 3rd exit and then slode to the right.
7. You will see Fig Tree Bay Resedences complex on your left.
8. Driving in the complex, Residence #4 is the 2nd house on the left

No hesitation giving it 5 stars all the way
We recently got back from a 1 week stay at Fig Tree Bay and have no hesitation giving it 5 stars all the way. We really enjoyed our stay and it really was as good as it looked in the photos beforehand. The pool terrace was great, it gets the sun from first thing so we spent a lot of the day round or in the pool. It was so quiet up in the villa yet from the entrance it is just a couple of minutes into the heart of Protaras, so many great places to eat and drink, the hosts recommended Yiasemi grill, they had a deal 3 courses for 17 euro and the food was really good. All the food & drinks in bars and restaraunts were about half what we pay in the UK so we are out every night. We also really enjoyed the roof terrace, was ideal for a drink and a game of pool early evening before heading out. The hosts were great, there was a Whatsaap group and the replies were always very quick and helpful. source: AirBnB
