More than perfect!

More than perfect! We were a large group of 11 people. Everything was perfect, from the communication with the host (who promptly answered our messages and assisted us with anything we needed) to the accommodations, which were superior—more than spacious for all of us, immaculate, and offering a variety of amenities for us to enjoy during our stay (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, etc.). The bus station, the beach, and the surrounding venues are all major advantages. In conclusion, we will wish to spend time again once again when we return. We are extremely grateful to the hosts for everything they did to make our vacation amazing!

Vacanță perfectă în Protaras- Cipru – recomand cu drag! Nu exagerez când spun că această cazare a fost una dintre cele mai bune alegeri pe care le-am făcut! Totul a fost exact așa cum ne-am dorit și chiar mai mult. Camera a fost foarte curată, modernă și decorată cu bun gust, iar patul extrem de confortabil, am dormit excelent în fiecare noapte. Terasa/balconul a fost un mare plus, perfect pentru momente de relaxare dimineața sau seara. Zona este superbă, liniștită și foarte bine poziționată, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanță reușită. Cu siguranță aș reveni aici fără să stau pe gânduri. O experiență de nota 10+ pe toate planurile!

Beyond expectations

One of the best villa we ever have been. Beautiful, very homely, big and comfortable. More than enough space for everybody and spotless clean. They have absolutely everything there what you need. The kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, to town, shops bars etc. The host is very kind and helpful. He and his stuff did the best to make our stay even more comfortable. I spend my birthday here in April and me and my family had the best time. Thank you for Protaras and the villa 😄 We will be back. Incredible stay at Residence 6

Our big family reunion was incredible thanks to this amazing luxurious home.. we had adults, young kids and teens and the place accommodated all of us so comfortably. Most of the time the kids didn’t want to leave because everything was amazing in the house. It really had everything we could ever need and even more. The pictures don’t do it justice but it’s a beautiful 3 story house with an elevator, sauna, big pool, rooftop jacuzzi with billiards table, 6 big bedrooms and multiple big living areas. The house is so perfectly located near the main strip of restaurants and shops and a 2 min walk from Fig Tree Bay which is so beautiful. The hosts were super accomodating and it’s the best stay in protaras

What a wonderful villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying a residences 6 the villa is extremely modern and spacious. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. We stayed with our 3 grown up children and their partners who all could not fault it. The villa is 30 meters from restaurants and bars and 80 meters from the beautiful beach of figtree bay. The hosts could not do enough for us they organised transport to and from the airport. The hosts family arrived when we checked out and took all our luggage to thier office as we had a late flight. It is customer service like this is why we will be booking again. We could not recommend this enough.

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience

We recently stayed at The Fig Tree Residence 6 for our annual family vacation, with a group of 10 people, including three kids under 4, and we had an amazing time! The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Its location is perfect, so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.The team managing the property was fantastic, super responsive and made sure all our needs were met.
